We provide assistance to help homeowners improve their living conditions and to ensure the structural integrity of their home.

Eligible Improvements:

  • Windows
  • Insulation
  • HVAC and Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Flooring
  • Cabinets

Owner-Occupied Rehab Program

Grants up to $25,000 are available to eligible homeowners for the purpose of repairing homes to improve living standards.

Emergency Repair Program

Grants up to $7,500 are available to eligible homeowners for the purpose of making emergency repairs to ensure the structural integrity of their home or mobile home.

Funding is provided through the Housing Trust Fund Program administered by SC Housing.
