Our Supportive Services team programs to strengthen families, promote self-sufficiency, and build engaged communities.

To deliver services that truly make an impact, (SEHCD) organizes its efforts into three focus areas:

  1. Stability and Support Services- We help individuals and families address immediate needs so they can build toward long-term goals by connecting them to resources. This includes:
    • a. Food and utility referrals
    • b. Transportation tickets(where available)
    • c. Resource connection and case support
  2. Workforce Development- We assist individuals with gaining skills and knowledge to get jobs and maintain employment.
    • a. Workforce readiness and soft skills training
    • b. Connection to jobs and apprenticeships
  3. Resident Leadership- We help residents become community leaders by supporting their ideas, building their skills, and guiding them to make a difference where they live.
    • a. Council training and community meeting
    • b. Resident-led projects and events
