Our Supportive Services team programs to strengthen families, promote self-sufficiency, and build engaged communities.
Our Service Areas
To deliver services that truly make an impact, (SEHCD) organizes its efforts into three focus areas:
- Stability and Support Services- We help individuals and families address immediate needs so they can build toward long-term goals by connecting them to resources. This includes:
- a. Food and utility referrals
- b. Transportation tickets(where available)
- c. Resource connection and case support
- Workforce Development- We assist individuals with gaining skills and knowledge to get jobs and maintain employment.
- a. Workforce readiness and soft skills training
- b. Connection to jobs and apprenticeships
- Resident Leadership- We help residents become community leaders by supporting their ideas, building their skills, and guiding them to make a difference where they live.
