We Repurpose
In 2015, we opened the doors to our Sustainable Warehouse, a self-sufficient operation that repurposes wood and other materials through deconstruction and renovation of our properties.
The Warehouse offers employment opportunities to our residents and local community members, and provides training on all stages of construction from deconstruction to planning to cabinetry and woodwork. Items produced in the Warehouse — including cabinets, furniture and fixtures — are repurposed and upcycled for new use.
