Our Resident Services team offers programs that strengthen families, promote self-sufficiency, and build engaged communities.

Our Service Areas

To deliver services that truly make an impact, Southeastern Housing Community Development organizes its efforts into three focus areas:

1. Stability and Support Services- We help individuals and families address immediate needs so they can build toward long-term goals by connecting them to resources. This includes:
   • Food and utility referrals
   • Transportation tickets(where available)
   • Resource connection and case support
2. Workforce Development- We assist individuals with gaining skills and knowledge to get jobs and maintain employment.
   • Workforce readiness and soft skills training
   • Connection to jobs and apprenticeships
3. Resident Leadership- We help residents become community leaders by supporting their ideas, building their skills, and guiding them to make a difference where they live.
   • Council training and community meeting
   • Resident-led projects and events
