Financial Resource Center
The Financial Resource Center, a program within Southeastern Housing and Community Development, helps first-time homebuyers achieve homeownership through personalized financial counseling and guidance. Our counselors are all HUD Certified, and we are a HUD Approved agency. If you are employed/ and interested in owning your own home, give us a call to begin the process.
